I was first introduced to the Enneagram in 2006 and I've completed a year long cohort program with master Enneagram teacher Suzanne Stabile. I've also trained with the highly respected Narrative Enneagram group. I've consulted with all kinds of businesses, nonprofits, local governments, schools, universities, and churches, helping them grow their teams and equipping them to better serve their communities.

I truly love teaching the Enneagram and I am always trying to find better ways to communicate and share its immense wisdom. In my teaching and coaching I use real life examples from my own personal development as well as my experiences in marriage and parenting. It is such a joy to come alongside people as they experience their own "a-ha" moments of growth and self-discovery.

I received a masters degree in theology from Abilene Christian University and a masters in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I'm married to Kasey (yep!) who is a hospital chaplain. We have two kids, Clare (2009) and Micah (2012) and live in Arlington, TX. ​

Casey is clear and concise and an amazing facilitator. He helped our group to really understand each of the Enneagram types and gave us time to ask questions for clarification. I went to a workshop led by Casey as an intro to the enneagram, and I can honestly say it has influenced me to a great degree in my daily life. The workshop itself was well-planned and thoughtful. Casey did a workshop with my college soccer team to help us better understand the Enneagram and how it could help us each grow individually and improve our team chemistry. First, Casey was a big hit with the players! The girls adored him and felt his teaching on the Enneagram was not only insightful but taught in a way that gave them real life ways to implement the things they learned about themselves and each other.
